Golden Ink Arts is an independent art studio operated by artist Niohe<\/strong>.<\/p>

The studio creates contemporary artworks inspired by Chinese calligraphy, traditional Asian painting, Tibetan Buddhist visual culture, Thangka traditions, and related cultural imagery.<\/p>

Our artworks may include original hand-painted works, fine-art reproductions, hand-finished objects, artist-assembled products, and clearly identified AI-assisted digital reinterpretations.<\/p>

    3. Original & AI-Assisted Artwork<\/h2>

    Products described as original or hand-painted are created from the artist's original artwork.<\/p>

    Products described as AI-assisted<\/strong> use artificial intelligence as part of the digital creation or reinterpretation process.<\/p>

    AI-assisted works are not represented as traditional hand-painted Thangka paintings or as handmade originals.<\/p>

    The production method for each product is described on its product page.<\/p>

    4. Cultural & Symbolic Information<\/h2>

    Golden Ink Arts may discuss Buddhist symbolism, Thangka traditions, Chinese cultural traditions, the Five Elements, color symbolism, meditation, or related cultural subjects.<\/p>

    These descriptions are provided for artistic, educational, cultural, and contemplative purposes.<\/p>

    They are not intended as promises of supernatural effects, medical treatment, financial success, guaranteed protection, guaranteed healing, or other specific outcomes.<\/p>

    References to traditional beliefs are presented as cultural or symbolic associations.<\/p>

    5. Orders & Made-to-Order Products<\/h2>

    Many physical products are made to order.<\/p>

    Preparation may include printing, hand-finishing, gold detailing, assembly, inspection, and packaging.<\/p>

    It is not sold separately as part of the physical product.<\/p>

    The PDF may contain cultural background, symbolic interpretation, artwork information, and contemplative suggestions.<\/p>

    It should not be understood as medical, psychological, financial, or spiritual professional advice.<\/p>

    10. Intellectual Property<\/h2>

    Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, photographs, product images, text, graphics, logos, designs, and other original content published by Golden Ink Arts are owned by or licensed to Golden Ink Arts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p>

    Purchasing an artwork does not<\/strong> transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the customer.<\/p>

    You may display the physical artwork for personal use.<\/p>
