Made-to-Order Preparation<\/h2>

Many Golden Ink Arts products are made to order.<\/p>

After receiving your order, we may need to complete printing, hand-finishing, gold detailing, assembly, inspection, and packaging before the artwork can be dispatched.<\/p>

Please allow approximately:<\/p>

This preparation period is separate from the delivery time.<\/p>

International Delivery<\/h2>

After dispatch, international delivery generally takes approximately:<\/p>

depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, local postal services, and other circumstances outside our control.<\/p>

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.<\/p>

Some destinations may take longer.<\/p>

Tracking<\/h2>

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.<\/p>

Please check your tracking information regularly after shipment.<\/p>

Once a parcel has entered your country, tracking updates may be provided primarily by the local carrier.<\/p>

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes<\/h2>

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.<\/p>

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee<\/strong> and are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>

Shipping Address<\/h2>

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply if you request that the order be sent again.<\/p>

If the parcel is returned to us and you do not wish to have it resent, any refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.<\/p>

Lost or Delayed Packages<\/h2>

International shipping can occasionally experience delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, local postal services, or other circumstances outside our control.<\/p>

If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusually long period, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.<\/p>

If a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.<\/p>

Damaged Packages<\/h2>

Please inspect your package when it arrives.<\/p>

If your artwork appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and, ideally, within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>

Please provide:<\/p>

  • your order number<\/p><\/li>

  • photographs of the outer packaging<\/p><\/li>

  • photographs of the damaged artwork<\/p><\/li>

  • any other relevant information<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    This helps us investigate the problem with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution.<\/p>

    Delivery Estimates<\/h2>

    The delivery estimates shown on our website are provided in good faith based on our current production and shipping experience.<\/p>

    They are not guaranteed delivery dates.<\/p>

    If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the time stated or otherwise required by applicable law, we will contact you regarding the delay and available options.<\/p>

    Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.<\/p>
