1. About Golden Ink Arts

Golden Ink Arts is an independent art studio operated by artist Niohe.

The studio creates contemporary artworks inspired by Chinese calligraphy, traditional Asian painting, Tibetan Buddhist visual culture, Thangka traditions, and related cultural imagery.

Our artworks may include original hand-painted works, fine-art reproductions, hand-finished objects, artist-assembled products, and clearly identified AI-assisted digital reinterpretations.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including:

• dimensions

• materials

• artwork methods

• printing methods

• finishing

• assembly

• colors

• included items

• estimated preparation and delivery times

Because many products include handmade or hand-finished elements, small variations may occur.

These variations may include differences in gold application, pigment, brushwork, fabric, printing, acrylic, or assembly.

Such variations are part of the character of the artwork and are not necessarily defects.

3. Original & AI-Assisted Artwork

Products described as original or hand-painted are created from the artist's original artwork.

Products described as AI-assisted use artificial intelligence as part of the digital creation or reinterpretation process.

AI-assisted works are not represented as traditional hand-painted Thangka paintings or as handmade originals.

The production method for each product is described on its product page.

4. Cultural & Symbolic Information

Golden Ink Arts may discuss Buddhist symbolism, Thangka traditions, Chinese cultural traditions, the Five Elements, color symbolism, meditation, or related cultural subjects.

These descriptions are provided for artistic, educational, cultural, and contemplative purposes.

They are not intended as promises of supernatural effects, medical treatment, financial success, guaranteed protection, guaranteed healing, or other specific outcomes.

References to traditional beliefs are presented as cultural or symbolic associations.

5. Orders & Made-to-Order Products

Many physical products are made to order.

Preparation may include printing, hand-finishing, gold detailing, assembly, inspection, and packaging.

The estimated preparation time is generally:

3–5 business days.

Estimated international delivery after dispatch is generally:

6–12 days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

The final amount charged may include applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees shown during checkout.

Payment is processed through the payment provider available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

7. Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

9. Artwork Companion PDFs

Some physical products include a complimentary digital Artwork Companion PDF.

The PDF is provided as an accompanying artwork and cultural guide.

It is not sold separately as part of the physical product.

The PDF may contain cultural background, symbolic interpretation, artwork information, and contemplative suggestions.

It should not be understood as medical, psychological, financial, or spiritual professional advice.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, photographs, product images, text, graphics, logos, designs, and other original content published by Golden Ink Arts are owned by or licensed to Golden Ink Arts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the customer.

You may display the physical artwork for personal use.

You may not reproduce, resell, scan, digitally distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from the artwork without written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• use the website for unlawful purposes

• attempt to interfere with the website or its security

• copy or scrape substantial portions of the website for commercial use

• reproduce Golden Ink Arts branding or artwork without permission

• misuse contact forms, checkout systems, or other website functions

12. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on third-party services for payment processing, shipping, hosting, analytics, email delivery, or other technical functions.
