   是的，所有标注手绘的作品和定制的作品均由艺术家原创手绘完成，包含唐卡、中国绘画与书法。

唐卡是否可以定制？

  可以。我们提供定制唐卡服务，您可以联系我们讨论尺寸、主题与细节。

国际运送多久？

   大多数订单 7–20 天送达，具体取决于国家和物流方式。我们提供全程追踪。

我需要支付关税吗？

   不同国家政策不同。若有关税，由买家承担（国际惯例）。

你们提供退款吗？

   非定制品在未使用，不影响二次销售的情况下可退款。定制艺术品不可退款。

线上课程如何观看？

   购买课程后，您将获得会员登录账号，可随时在“文化学院”中观看课程内容。

我必须注册才能购买商品吗？

  不需要。您可以使用“游客结账”直接下单。

Are your artworks original?

  Yes, all works marked as "hand-painted" and custom commissions are originally handcrafted by artists, including thangkas, traditional Chinese paintings, and calligraphy.

Do you accept custom Thangka orders?

   Yes. We accept custom Thangka orders. Please contact us to discuss size, theme, and details.

How long does international shipping take?

  Most international shipments arrive within 7–20 days depending on location. Tracking is available.

Do I need to pay customs duty?

Customs policies vary by country. Buyers are responsible for import duties (standard international rule).

Do you offer refunds?

  Non-custom items can be refunded if they are unused and do not affect secondary sales. Custom artworks are non-refundable.

How do I access the online courses?

  After purchase, you will receive a member login to access all lessons under “Cultural Academy.”

Do I need an account to make a purchase?
