1. 非定制作品

若您购买的不是定制产品，且保持全新未使用状态，您可在收到商品后 7 天内申请退款。
退货运费由买家承担。

2. 定制作品（唐卡、中国画、书法）

由于定制作品具有唯一性，不提供退款或退货。

3. 退货流程

如需退货，请先联系我们，我们将提供退货地址和操作说明。

4. 损坏或错误订单

若作品在运输途中损坏，请在 48 小时内拍照并联系我们，我们会协助处理。

Refund Policy

1. Non-custom Products

For non-custom items, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product,
provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Custom Artwork (Thangka, Painting, Calligraphy)

Due to their unique nature, custom artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable.

3. Return Process

Please contact us before returning any item.
We will provide the return address and instructions.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours.
