Our Artisanal Philosophy
Golden Ink Arts is a dedicated independent art studio. Every artwork we send out—whether an original creation, a hand-finished fine art print, or an assembled light box—is made to order and individually crafted, hand-signed, or carefully assembled with natural materials.
Because each piece is created specifically for you upon receiving your order, we encourage you to review all dimensions, materials, and product details carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order & Personalised Products
Due to the bespoke, hand-assembled, and made-to-order nature of our collection, we are generally unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind once production or assembly has begun. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If hand-processing has not yet started, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. While made-to-order pieces are generally final sale, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you experience an unexpected situation, please reach out to us. We evaluate unusual cases on a case-by-case basis and will always try to find a thoughtful, human solution.
Damages & Issues Upon Arrival
Your artwork is packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe arrival. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, we are here to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged artwork and original packaging
A brief description of the issue Upon verification, we will gladly arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
Celebrating Handmade Character
Small variations in hand-applied gold leaf, natural pigment shades, organic wood grain, or subtle brushwork are natural characteristics of handcrafted fine art, rather than defects. These unique touches ensure that no two pieces are exactly alike and that your artwork remains truly one-of-a-kind.
Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, failure to claim, or refused delivery, additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipment.
